CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation terms below to ensure a smooth experience.

Eligibility for Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing or production, and cancellation might not be possible.

Custom or made-to-order products may have more restrictive cancellation windows (see below).

Time Frame

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order confirmation time.

If the 24-hour period ends on a weekend or public holiday, the cancellation request must still be submitted within that period via our available communication channels.

Order Status Consideration

If your order status is still marked as “Pending” or “Processing,” we will cancel and refund in full.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Orders for customised, personalised, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once processing has started — even if within 24 hours.

If no work has begun (e.g., design draft not started), we may allow cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
