Each piece is lovingly handcrafted. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare your order before dispatch.

Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
Additional customs fees or duties may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking & Support
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email if the "with tracking" shipment option is chosen.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take great care in quality-checking and packaging every piece before dispatch.
However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help under the
following conditions:
Eligibility
Returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of product damage at the time of delivery.
Time Frame
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Proof Required
Clear photo and/or video evidence of the damage must be submitted via email or message within the 24-hour window.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased due to a change of mind, size issues, or wear and tear.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method and will take upto 3-5 business days to reflect in your statement.
