We’re delighted to offer made-to-order jewellery, crafted especially for you, whether it’s to match your style, outfit, or preferred sizing. From length adjustments to personalised designs, each piece is created with intention and care.

Pre-Paid Orders Only

All made-to-order pieces must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Subject to Material Availability

Orders are accepted based on the current availability of materials.
If your chosen materials are unavailable, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Production Timeline

Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and dispatch.
We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Sold Out Items

Some sold-out designs may be available again as made-to-order pieces, under these same terms.

No Returns or Exchanges

As each item is custom-made, returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the product is received damaged (see our Return & Refund Policy).
